Ella & Ed | Glencoe Elopement

What an honour it was to spend this beautiful day in early March capturing and celebrating Ella & Ed as they tied the knot in Glencoe. When we arrived at their Air BnB (which I’ll link below because it was phenomenal) Ella and Ed spilled the beans that they’d brought with them a little stowaway - baby Mungo and that they'd be announcing their marriage AND pregnancy to their friends and family at the same time! My heart is so full!

We spent the morning with them in their Air BnB chatting about life and just watching as the reality of ‘we’re getting married today’ started to sink in. After getting ready Ed waited outside as Ella came up behind him and they shared the most special and emotional first look. Ed had his hands on baby Mungo throughout the day and it brings me to tears of joy every time I look at these photos. I was an emotional wreck editing these - Ella & Ed are genuinely the most precious humans in the world.

We then hopped in our cars and headed to the three sisters where Kathryn delivered the most heartfelt and emotional hand fasting ceremony, we then found a rock to sign the papers and it was a blessing to be a witness for Ella & Ed before heading back up to the view point for some portraits to finish their day!

After every elopement we have the honour of shooting Nathan and I sit in the car before heading home just feeling so emotional, blessed and joyful that they got married and we had the honour of being there let alone capturing it!
